Chikan Hoteles - Arequipa

The location was peaceful and handy, near to all the restaurants, shops, museums as well as restaurants, shops, the Cathedral and the Convent of Santa Catalina. The attentive staff upgraded us to a good sized room on terrace with view of mountains. The morning meal was savoury and amazing with nice view and juice and hot drinks made fresh to order.

I appreciated being there, the place is ideal.

the location was particularly good, a short walk to old town. i got to the airport within 30 minutes' drive. the room was bright and trendy, included with terrace, good hot showers, as for instance.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 4 nights, nonetheless everything was great. Location: the hotel was just next door to Colca canyon, the historic centre and the bus station. Historical Center district was definitely worth visiting.

The hotel had excellent security, and it was a safe and enjoyable 15-minute walk to Plaza de Armas. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early after an overnight bus and use the facilities after check out. We were able to book tours, buses, and taxis through the reception desk. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious and added a nice touch to our stay. this hotel felt more like a hotel with the friendly and helpful staff of a B&B.

our second stay in arequipa was even better than the first one! chikan hoteles amazed us with their friendly and english-speaking staff, who recommended an amazing 2-day trip to colca canyon. the clean and comfortable room, along with the non-stop hot water supply, made our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast at the rooftop bar with a view of volcan misti was simply delicious!

It would have been nice if the hotel had offered more variety in terms of international TV channels, such as CNN International, to cater to different guest preferences.

the room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including a hot shower, clean towels, soap, and even 4 pillows on the double bed. the breakfast at the hotel was also impressive, offering more variety than other B&Bs I had stayed at in Peru, including pancakes along with the usual options. the location was convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk to the main square. the hotel offered a laundry service and had a communal area with free tea and coffee. One afternoon, while enjoying the rooftop terrace, the staff kindly offered us some of their wine, which was a lovely gesture. Cons: Nothing, it is perfect! .
